With a view to provide an avenue to the budding engineers in the most challenging and noble profession, NUVA conducted preliminary selection round for joining the Arm- Forces(Tech.) It received massive response from the boys and the girls as more than 50 students presented their candidature for the same.

Colonel Rahul Sharma & his team conducted the selection interviews. It was a matter of great pride and pleasure for NUVA to have Colonel Rahul Sharma with them, the one who was officer in charge to salvage the indispensable Tiger Hills during the Kargil war. With the technicalities like eligibility criteria, vacancies etc, he also explained what it takes and means being an Army Officer. His inspiring details of the Indian Army was highly motivating and actuating.

The Vice Principal,D.R.Raut & The First yr. Dean N.G.Thakre who served the Indian Army as a Colonel invoked the students to follow the attributes of Colonel Rahul Sharma & gave the aspirants their best wishes for the selection round.
