Mandar Tulankar of Nuva shines

Mandar Tulankar, a student of third semester B.E. of Nuva College of Engineering & Tecnnology has bagged first prize in recently held prestigious competition entitled “Innovative Idea for Students” at Yashavantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur. The event was jointly organized by NEERI, CSIR, TePP, DSIR and YCCE, and the part of a National Symposium on Industry-Institute interaction the “Industry Academia Conclave”.
Mandar received cash prize of Rs.3000/-. His work is appreciated by the eminent Scientists, Technocrats and industry experts present on the occasion. Few representatives of the industry are ready to offer him technical assistance for commercializing his idea.
His proposal is screened by the selection panel and shall be forwarded to DSIR, New Delhi for consideration of funding under Technology Entrepreneurship Promotion Programme (TePP).
He attributes his success to the Parent, Management, Principal and Teachers of the college. |
